Gut health has been a focus of mine the past year! Probiotics, fermented foods. I had my gallbladder taken out, since then I’ve had issues with regular bowel movements even with digestive enzymes. But I have been taking magnesium supplements that have helped make me more regular. I drink electrolytes, Celtic salt, and try to eat something with fiber every meal.

I’ve been eating and focusing on more protein and fiber lately. Trying to stick to fresh foods. I even gave up drinking sweet coffees, and now drink unsweetened nitro cold brews when I do drink a coffee.

Truthfully, my daily workout helps with my stress and anxiety. Moving my body and listening to music is my main way to help with stress. Sometimes if I’m upset or angry, I’ll turn on some music and dance around. We call it our dance party in my house. When everyone’s grumpy, we dance. 😂 I start my morning with reading my Bible, and having a set morning routine to get ready for my long day since it starts at 5:30.


At night, I turn my phone off after a shower, take my probiotics, drink my Recess drink, and then turn the air down really cold.
